The Blazer Clean Co

1. Service Overview

The Blazer Clean Co provides a pickup, professional dry cleaning, minor repair (including button replacement), and delivery service for school blazers.

By booking our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Pickup & Delivery

  • Blazers are collected and returned on Sundays between 7:00am and 12:00pm.

  • Customers select a date only; specific time selection is not available.

  • Customers must ensure garments are available for collection and that someone is available or arrangements are made for delivery.

Failure to provide access may result in delays or additional fees.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is approximately 7 days.

  • While we aim to meet all timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. cleaning issues or high demand).

4. Garment Condition & Pre-Inspection

  • All garments are visually inspected and photographed at the time of collection.

  • Existing damage, wear, stains, or missing components may be noted.

These records are used to:

  • ensure correct garment tracking

  • prevent disputes regarding pre-existing damage

5. Cleaning Results & Stain Removal

  • While we take care to achieve the best possible results, not all stains can be removed.

  • Some stains may be permanent or require aggressive treatment that could damage the fabric.

By using our service, you acknowledge that:

  • complete stain removal is not guaranteed

  • we will not proceed with treatments that risk significant damage to the garment

6. Repairs & Buttons

  • Button replacement are included where required.

  • We aim to match original buttons as closely as possible; however, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

7. Damage & Liability

We take the utmost care in handling all garments.

In the unlikely event that a garment is lost or damaged due to our service:

  • The Blazer Clean Co will, at its discretion:

    • repair the item, or

    • arrange a replacement of similar type, quality, and value

  • Compensation will not exceed the fair market value of the garment, taking into account age and condition.

We are not liable for:

  • pre-existing damage

  • wear and tear

  • damage resulting from manufacturer defects or fabric weaknesses

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers agree to:

  • check all pockets before collection

  • remove personal or valuable items

The Blazer Clean Co is not responsible for items left in garments.

9. Cancellations & Changes

  • Bookings can be changed or cancelled with reasonable notice prior to the scheduled pickup.

  • Late cancellations may result in a fee.

10. Payment

  • Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.

  • Services must be paid for in full prior to or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

11. Service Area

Our service is currently available to selected local areas. Bookings outside our service area may be declined.

12. Changes to Terms

The Blazer Clean Co reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
